President - Mrs. Latha Dev I am so exited to be a part of this growing organization. The LORD has been good and has led us from the moment this organization was born.I have been an evangelist for more than 30yrs, and have worked in various project such as Village, hospital, woman's and many more ministries.
After my husband passed away i have dedicated more time for the work of GOSPEL. I have 3 sons who actively participate in the LORD'S ministry.
 Mr.Senthil - Mission Coordinator
He joined YSM in April 2008. He oversees all the administration, Prayer cell
development, Mission work development and Office development. Senthil have been in the lords ministry for more than 10yrs.He also pastors a church in his local town. He and his wife have a 2yr old baby girl. He is so exited to see how the LORD is guiding YSM into new frontiers.
 Mr.Manoharan - Treasurer
Mr. Manoharan comes with an extensive experience as a treasurer in a very large Church of South India Church. He will be overseeing all the financial activities of the organization.
 Bro. John Daniel - Field Coordinator
He joined our team in April 2009. He oversees all the field work that YSM undertakes. He is responsible for Field research, New Missionary research/recruitment, Missionary followup, Mission Trip planning and execution.
