Poonamalee is a prominent town located on the outskirts of Chennai. It is located towards the west from Chennai. This town has a predominant population of HINDUS and there are many villages surrounding Poonamalee where the GOSPEL is getting accepted with great enthusiasm.
Agenda:
-> To communiate the LOVE OF CHRIST through Steet preaching, Door-to-Door evangelism, Children meeting, GOSPEL meetings etc.
-> To distribute GOSPELS and Bibles to the local.
-> To distribute school stationary items to the local children.
-> To connect with the local believers and encourage them in their ministry.
-> To identify possible locations for CHURCH building and raising funds for CHURCH construction.
Missionaries travelled to Poonamalee by rail/road. A local missionary named Bro.Samuel took the responsibility of meeting up with the Missionaries and his church provided Boarding/lodging and Food. The Missionaries were treated with breakfast, lunch, snack for the evening and dinner.
More than 40 Missionaries participated on this 4 day Mission Trip. Together they visited 4 large villages and preached the GOSPEL to over 2000 villagers.
